By registering an account, the user accepts these rules and agrees to use the server in accordance with them.

Accounts may not be used to advertise other servers, services or websites.

Creating multiple accounts or characters to supply a main character with money, items or other benefits is prohibited.

  3. 2.3

Character names must not impersonate server staff.

  4. 2.4

Blocking passages, hunting grounds or access to NPCs, as well as persistent spamming, is prohibited.

Staff will never ask a player for their full password.

Communication

  1. 4.1

Kozienicki OTS is intended for adults. Profanity is allowed and is not a violation by itself.

  2. 4.2

Freedom of speech does not permit persistent harassment, real-world threats or impersonating server staff.

  3. 4.3

Illegal content and material that threatens the security of other users is prohibited.

  4. 4.4

Links to competing servers and reward systems are prohibited.

  5. 4.5

Do not repeatedly reopen matters that staff have closed or ask staff for free items.

§5

Failures and bugs

  1. 5.1

Staff work to keep services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

  2. 5.2

Staff are not responsible for account loss caused by user negligence.

  3. 5.3

A failure or bug does not guarantee automatic restoration of an earlier account state.

  4. 5.4

Every bug must be reported promptly. Knowingly exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited.

§6

Bots and scripts

  1. 6.1

Bots, macros and other gameplay automation programs are allowed.

  2. 6.2

Allowed automation must not be used to attack server infrastructure, exploit bugs or disrupt services.

§7

Infrastructure security

  1. 7.1

Intentional unauthorized disruption of the Kozienicki OTS server, website or network, including DDoS attacks, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

  2. 7.2

Creating, obtaining, selling or sharing tools and services intended to attack Kozienicki OTS infrastructure or other IT systems is prohibited.

  3. 7.3

Attack attempts may be logged and documented. Staff may preserve logs and other evidence and provide them to the hosting operator and relevant law-enforcement authorities.

§8

Suspensions and penalties

  1. 8.1

An account that violates the rules may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed.

Premium time lost due to a penalty is not refunded or extended.

  6. 8.6

In justified cases, staff may penalize conduct harmful to the game even when it is not explicitly described here.

§9

Compensation

  1. 9.1

If a player suffers a loss due to a confirmed staff error, staff may grant appropriate compensation.
